1. INTRODUCTION

Bonark Arquitectos has committed to making its website and application for mobile devices accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.

2. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ITS APPLICATION IN THE NATIONAL CONTEXT

  • The accessibility statement may refer to one or more websites and/or one or more applications for mobile devices as long as they have the same compliance status, the same non-accessible content and the same information from the rest of the statement also applies to them. However, for clarity in reading and interpretation for users, it is recommended that there be an accessibility statement for each website or for each mobile application.

This statement was prepared on 03/14/2023. a self-assessment carried out by the public sector body.

2.4. OBSERVATIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

You can make communications about accessibility requirements (article 10.2.a) of RD 1112/2018) such as:

  • transmit other content access difficulties
  • formulate any other query or suggestion for improvement regarding the accessibility of the website through the following email address: info@bonark.es
  • You can present:
  • a Complaint regarding compliance with the requirements of RD 1112/2018 or
  • an accessible Information Request relating to:
    • contents that are excluded from the scope of application of RD 1112/2018 as established by article 3, section 4
    • contents that are exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements by
      impose a disproportionate burden.

In the Request for accessible information, the facts, reasons and request must be clearly specified that allow us to verify that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.

2.5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed upon, or the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5, the interested person may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having received a response.

The claim can be presented through the Generic Instance of the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the
Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
